ACHTAÍTEAR AG AN OIREACHTAS MAR A LEANAS:

1. —Leasaítear leis seo alt 5 den Trade Disputes Act, 1906, tríd an míniú seo a leanas a chur in ionad an mhínithe ar “workmen” i bhfo-alt (3):

“and the expression ‘workmen’ means all persons employed, whether or not in the employment of the employer with whom a trade dispute arises, but does not include a member of the Defence Forces or of the Garda Síochána;”.

2. —(1) Féadfar an tAcht um Aighnis Cheirde (Leasú), 1982 , a ghairm den Acht seo.

(2) Féadfar na hAchtanna Ceardchumann, 1871 go 1982, a ghairm de na hAchtanna Ceardchumann, 1871 go 1975, agus den Acht seo le chéile.
