Interpretation (Part 10).

180 .— In this Part:

“ Court ” means the High Court;

“ court ” includes an arbitrator;

“ defendant ” includes a respondent in arbitration proceedings;

“ plaintiff ” includes an applicant in arbitration proceedings.
